A.) HSPU Intro & Play.

B.) EMOM x7:
Min 1 - 5 Bench Press + Max L-Hang
Min 2 - :45s Calorie Row
Min 3 - 5 HSPU + 1 Legless Rope Climb
Min 4 - 6 DB Snatch + 30 Double Unders

C.) Stretching on the board.
