MONDAY

A.) In groups of 3 AMRAP 10min:
- Wall Ball max reps.
- To swap, one member must complete 8 Burpee Over the Wall Climbs (2 boxes, guys 2x60" girls 2x50")
For e.g Partner A is completing as many Wall Ball as possible, Partner B is completing the 8 BOWC, Partner C is resting but holding on to the boxes. Once Partner B has completed all 8 BOWC they then move on to the Wall ball and so on..
B.) 5x1 Pause Front Squat + 4 Front Squats

C.) 3x10 Front Rack Reverse Lunges
