Hey guys, this is where we will be meeting if you were confused :-)
Ps. It'd be good to see everyone out of their comfort zones & having a red hot go, whether you like running or not, not many other CrossFit affiliates have the option of going outside somewhere like this and enjoying something different for a change so don't take it for granted it & cherry pick your workouts, thats for boring waffles.. so.. GET THERE!!!
