A.) Find a heavy single Snatch
B.) "Death by Snatch"
- Perform 1 Snatch on the first minute, 2 on the 2nd, 3 on the 3rd and so on untill you cannot complete the designated amount of reps within that minute.
C.) AMRAP 6min:
3 Muscle ups
6 Burpees
