It will involve swimming but if you aren't comfortable you can complete the WOD without having to swim.
WOD
A.) 4 Sets:
4 Deadlifts - reset each rep @ 75-80%
6 Strict Pullups - tempo 2sec up & 2sec down
Rest 90 seconds between sets
B.) Open Workout "13.2"
AMRAP 10min:
5 Shoulder to Overhead (50kg/35kg)
10 Deadlifts (50kg/35kg)
15 Box Jumps
Have a red hot go at this one today guys, leave NOTHING in the tank!
