5.45am Open gym/catch-up AND Swimming at Gunnamatta
9.30am Swimming at Gunnamatta
4.30pm Swimming at Gunnamatta
NEW- 5.30pm

6.30pm Open gym/catch-up NO Swimming


Swimming WOD


Level 1 & 2

A.) Warm up:
50m Breastroke
50m Backstroke

B.) 3x100m Ascending speed (25m 60%, 25m 70%, 25m 80%, 25m 90%)

C.) 3x100m Descending speed (Reverse ^ order)

Each 100m swim is to be completed every 2:15min for level 2 and 3min for level 1.

D.) Cool Down:
50m Breastroke
50m Backstroke
