LEVEL 1
A.) "The Bergeron Beep Test"
EMOM for as long as possible:
4-7 Thrusters 30kg/20kg
4-7 Pullups
4-7 Burpees
Note: If you do not make 7mins, rest 1min and start again untill you complete 7 FULL rounds. Please take note of your score as you will be re-doing this WOD regularly throughout the year.
B.) 5x1 Power Clean + 1 Pause Front Squat + 1 Jerk
C.) 3x12-15 Cuff Rotations + 8-12 Band Pullaparts
LEVEL 2
A.) Find a heavy Clean Thruster
B.) "The Bergeron Beep Test"
C.) Same accessory work as Lvl 1.
