THIS THURSDAY THE 19TH, ALL CLASSES WILL BE HELD AT THE GYM FOR CATCH-UP/OPEN GYM.
ALL OF FRIDAY THE 20TH'S CLASSES WILL BE HELD AT GUNNAMATTA FOR THE 6TH RE-TEST CHALLENGE WOD. There IS swimming in the WOD, but if you do not feel comfortable swimming you don't have to swim. You will be allowed to scale the metres of the swim & we will also allow you to scale to using fins, so there is NO excuse to not complete this WOD!!

A.) 5x3 Deadlift + 10 Catch & throws
B.) OTM x12:
Odd min - 7 Burpee Pullups
Even - 3 Snatches
C.) 4x20 Russian twist
LEVEL 2
A.) For total time:
5 Rounds:
3 Snatch (80kg/55kg)
3 Muscle Ups
-Rest 2 Min, then-
5 Rounds:
6 DB Hang Clean (25kg/15kg)
6 Burpee Pullups
B.) 5x3 Sumo Deadlift + 10 Catch & Throws
C.) 4x20 Russian Twists
