TUESDAY

THIS THURSDAY THE 19TH, ALL CLASSES WILL BE HELD AT THE GYM FOR CATCH-UP/OPEN GYM.

ALL OF FRIDAY THE 20TH'S CLASSES WILL BE HELD AT GUNNAMATTA FOR THE 6TH RE-TEST CHALLENGE WOD. There IS swimming in the WOD, but if you do not feel comfortable swimming you don't have to swim. You will be allowed to scale the metres of the swim & we will also allow you to scale to using fins, so there is NO excuse to not complete this WOD!!

A.) Work up to a heavy complex of:

Power Clean + Hang Power Clean + 2 Jerks

B.) For time:
21-18-15-12-9-6-3
Sumo Deadlift High Pull
Shoulder to Overhead (Push Press/Jerk)

C.) 4x6-8
Strict TTB
