LEVEL 1 & 2
A.) Sprinting
400m for time
B.) In teams of 2 -
I. AMRAP 3min:
3 Burpees
6 Pushups
9 Air Squats
Partner A will start on the 3 burpees while partner B rests, as soon as partner A has completed the 6 Pushups then partner B may start the 3 Burpees.
- Rest 3min -
II. AMRAP 3min:
6 DB Snatch (30kg/20kg) 1:1
Partner A will complete the DB snatch while partner B rests, as soon as partner A has completed the 6 DB snatch partner B may start the DB snatch.
C.) Finisher!
1 Mile (1600m) for time.
