B.) 3x4-6 Strict Pullup
C.) For time:
40m Burpee Broad Jump (4x10m laps)
35 Pullups
30m Burpee Broad Jump (3x10m laps)
25 Pullups
20m Burpee Broad Jump (2x10m laps)
15 Pullups
10m Burpee Broad Jump (1x10m lap)
Note: On the 'Burpee Broad Jump' your hands must start before the marked 10m line and complete a broad jump from wherever you bring your feet to (no walking forward), then once you have completed your broad jump you must place your hands whereever your feet landed (no falling forward into the next burpee).
Be honest with yourself and complete the WOD, not one that you made up for yourself because you found it hard.
