LEVEL 1 & 2

A.) 5x3 Strict Pullup

B.) With a partner- For time:

50 CTB Pullups
30 Shoulder to Overhead (80kg/55kg)
50 Back Squats (80kg/55kg)
30 Shoulder to Overhead (80kg/55kg)
50 CTB Pullups

You may split up the reps however you like between you and your partner. However there may only be one athlete working at one time.

C.) 10x10sec on/20sec off L-Sit
