C.) 4x4-8 Strict Pullups
LEVEL 2
A.) 4 Rounds:
4-8 Strict Defecit HSPU
1-2 Legless Rope Climbs OR Max Strict CTB Pullups (add weight if you can do 8+)

B.) AMRAP 10min:

10 TTB
15 Box Jumps
