Reminder:  Unless told otherwise, we will be back at the pool every Thursday till the end of daylight savings.

IMPORTANT NOTICE - There will ALSO be Open gym/Catch-up at 5.45am & 6.30pm on Thursday's for those of you that would prefer not to swim or need to catch-up on a WOD.

LEVEL 1

A.) "Heartbreak Kid"
3 Rounds for time:
10 Front Squats
20 CTB Pullups
50 Double Unders

B.) Weightlifting Practice
OTMx6:

3 Snatch
OTMx6:
3 Clean & Push Jerk

C.) 3x8-15 TTB OR Practice + 3x20 Ab-mat Situps

LEVEL 2

A.) Weightlifting Practice
OTM x6:

3 Position Snatch (Hi-hang, hang, floor)
OTM x6:
3 Position Clean (Hi-hang, hang, floor)
B.) 3x Push Jerk + Split Jerk 3x1 Split Jerk (NO MISSES)
C.) "Heartbreak Kid"
