A.) Max Vert Jump in 5 attempts
B.) 5x3 Sumo Deadlift off Deficit
C.) 20 Rep Max Power Clean/Clean
D.) "The admiral"
E.) 2km Row
If you are short for time and can come back in the afternoon then complete the Admiral and the Row then. If you can not make the afternoon then complete the Vert jump, Sumo DL, 20rep max & a shorter version of the admiral or Row 2km.
