B.) Every 30 Seconds for 4min:
1 Snatch

C.) 4x5 Back Squat

D.) Team of 3:

3x500m Row

LEVEL 2

A.) 1Rm Snatch 10min

B.) 1rm Clean & Jerk 10min

C.) 1Rm Back Squat 10min

D.) Benchmark:

One set Max pistols on either leg. Once you have started the opposite leg must not touch the ground.
E.) For time:
15 Strict Press (60kg/40kg)
20 Push Press
25 Push Jerks
