WOD
A.) OverheadSquat Analysis
The OHS Analysis is a method we are going to use to help you work on areas you as an individual need to stretch, mobilise & strengthen before or after the WOD. It will be re-tested to track your progress.
Each individual will be taken through the Analysis over the hour.
If you do not wish to participate & don't think you will ever do the corrective exercises then please let us know so we don't waste time.
If you would like to participate but can not make it to a time this Thursday then please book in a time with either Nick or Matt.
B.) Catch up on a Workout you may have missed in the past week OR Practice something and PLEASE try to have a plan of some sort, if you don't and are new to it all, ask either Nick or Matt before the class starts NOT during.
C.) Mobility - using the exercises/stretches just given to you.
