ALL CLASSES HELD AT THE SANDHILLS TODAY.
We will be meeting AT the Sandhills for the 4pm, 5pm, 6pm & 7pm Classes so you
can park towards the end of the car park and will have to leave
yourself 10-15 mins to walk to the sandhills, please don't be later then 5
mins past the scheduled time by the time you get to the sandhills. 5.45am and 9.30am we will meet at the end
of the car park & walk out. For those of you who are unsure of where
the Sandhills & Parking at Greenhills are -here is a link to the

WOD
A) Teams of 3 - 6x 10mBroad Jump+20mSprint. (2rest:1work)
B) 4x Steeper Hill with rest.. (complete hill every 2'30)
C) Finisher.
Note: NO Excuses for not coming.. Everyone will be able to complete this workout, Injury's/Disabilities will have scalable options.
