Snatch Pull + Low Hang Snatch (1" from ground)
B) Every 30 seconds for 4 mins:
1 Snatch @75% 1rm (or use the weight you built up to in part A)
-2mins rest (Start on 6min) then-
3 Rounds for time:
5 Wall climbs
25 Double Unders
C) 12mins to Practice a gymnastic movement.
D) MOBILITY
