WOD

A.) 2x5 then 3x3 of:

Bench Press (1sec Pause at chest)
Power Clean (Touch and Go)
Rest 90sec between sets.

Note: You will complete the set of Bench & move immediately to the Power clean THEN rest 90 seconds.

B.) In Teams of 3 or 4, complete 4 rounds EACH of:
300m Row
200m Run

Note: 1 Team member will start rowing 300m, as soon as they finish they will run the 200m and the next team member can start rowing and so on until each team member has completed 4 rounds.
