ALL of Today's classes will be held at Sylvania Athletics track. 228 Belgrave esp, Sylvania Waters.

WOD

10 Rounds each for time of:

200m Sprint

Each interval will be performed every 2 minutes on the minute.
If anyone has a spare watch with a stop watch on it, could you please bring it to the track with you.. It'd be much appreciated!
Matt just said he is willing to give a massage after the session in return, cheers!
