ALL of Tomorrows (Tuesday's) classes will be held at Sylvania Athletics track. 228 Belgrave, Sylvania Waters.

A.) 12 Min to either practice or work up to heavy:
Push Jerk + Split Jerk.

B.) 6 Rounds for Max reps & Distance:
1min - Power Clean & Jerk (80kg/55kg)
1min - Burpee Broad Jump
1min - Rest.
