WEDNESDAY

We'll be getting rid of anything in the lost and found box this week so if you think you've left anything behind please have a look.
Also, can anyone that has gear in the pidgeon holes please take it with them after training and just bring it to the session in a bag as you need so that we can create more space for other members to put their gear throughout the day.
If nothing is picked up by Thursday at least it will go to a good cause ;-)

A.) With a continuous running clock;

7 Deadlifts (120kg/80kg)
7 Box Jumps (30"/24")
