A.) Find a challenging set of 4 Hurdle hops - See video above
B.) AMRAP 5min:
Bodyweight Back Squat - if you can not squat your bodyweight for 12-15 reps unbroken then please choose a lighter load.
C.) 10 Rounds:
40m Prowler Push - choose a moderate load that you can move quick.
40m SPRINT
Rest as required between rounds
