FRIDAY

A) Heavy complex:
Snatch High Pull +  Power Snatch + Pause OHS

B) OTMx8min:
Power Clean + Hang Power Clean + Push Jerk

C.) 8 Rounds with a partner:
3 Power Snatches
5 Push Jerks
This workout will be performed with partner A completing 3 Power snatch, then Partner B 3 Power Snatch, then Partner A 5 Push Jerks, Partner B 5 Push jerks and that is 1 Round.
D) 4x8 Snatch Grip bent over Row
