A) Split jerk intro. 

B) Superset 4 sets of:
8 Strict Dumbbell Press
8 Strict pull ups

C) 30-20-10 For time:
Push ups
Box jumps 
TTB

Race for 30 seconds to get as much work done as you can, rest for 30sec until you have completed all the designated amount of reps
