10m-20m-30m shuttle sprint.
Rest 90 seconds between efforts.
B) In teams of 3 complete 4 rounds:
1 person rows for max calories
1 person deadball carries 100m
1 person rests.
Every time person carrying the deadball gets back, rotate.
C) Stretching and mobility. Will be written on the board.
