TUESDAY

A) OTM X 4
3 Power cleans
OTM X 4
2 Power cleans
OTM X 4
1 Power clean every 30sec

B) 5X3 Pause push jerks
2 sec pause in the dip, fast drive, then 2 sec pause in the catch before standing.

C) 150 reps
Complete a max set off wall ball until you can no longer do anymore or decide to drop the ball. If you get through 50 wall balls you must complete 100 Burpees, if you get through 100 wall balls you will complete 50 Burpees.
