Please note: Due to the CrossFit Games Australian Regionals down in Wollongong this weekend May 16th-18th we will be slightly altering the class times:
Friday - 6am & 6pm Only
Saturday - 630am & 730am (chicks) - no 830am.

A.) Every 90seconds x6:

200m Run

B.) 3x500m Row - rest as required, 3x90-95% efforts

C.) Stretch
Calves, hamstrings, hip flexors.
