SATURDAY

A) 5 sets of the following complex:
Power clean
Hang power clean
Push jerk
Split Jerk

B) 5x2 Pause back squats (5 sec pause in the bottom)

C) AMRAP 7min:
Ascending ladder
1 Front squat
1 Muscle up
2 Front squats
2 Muscle ups
Continue this pattern until the 7min is complete.
