LEVEL 1 & 2
A.) Find a heavy Deadlift.
B.) In teams of 3 complete the following for time:
100 Deadlifts
80 Hang Power Cleans
60 Front Squats
40 Push Jerks
20 Thrusters
- All loads at prescribed weight of 70kg/50kg
Notes: One athlete works at a time. At the start of every minute, stop what you are doing and each athlete must complete 5 burpees before starting the chipper again.
