LEVEL 1 & 2
A.) 3 Rounds each for time of:
1.4km Run - every 10mins.
Rnd 1 will commence at 0, Rnd 2 at 10min, Rnd 3 at 20min.
B.) MOBILITY
- Calf stretch using pole 2x30sec/side
- 5x 15sec Hold Close Grip OHS - rest 30
- Partner Glute (1min/side)/Hammie (1min/side) Stretch
- Couch Stretch 90sec-2min/side.
