A) 12 Min to build up to a heavy complex of the following:
Snatch deadlift
Hang power snatch
Snatch balance
Pause OHS (3 sec in the bottom)
B) 5RFT:
2 athletes per team. One works while the other rests.
10 cleans
20 HSPU
25 burpees
30 pull ups
Break reps up between the two of you however desired. Reps do not have to be even between partner A and partner B.
