A) 7X3 Pause snatch (pause at the knee for 3 seconds)
B) 5 sets of:
3 Deadlifts (focus on speed. Reset each rep, keep tight).
5 High Box jumps
Rest 90min between rounds
C) 2x500m Rows, rest as required between rounds.
