B.) OTM x10:
7 CTB Pullups -> 7 Pullups

C.) Mobility
Partner Glute stretch

LEVEL 2

A.) 5 Rounds not for time:
8 Backsquats
20 GHD Situps

B.) 10 rounds with a partner:
7 CTB Pullups 1:1

C.) Mobility
Partner glute stretch

Ladies and gents can we please remember to bring a towel when training and please wipe down anything you have used. No one wants to be sharing sweat with you.
