WOD

LEVEL 1

A.) 5 Rounds for total time:

400m Run
Rest 1min exactly in between rounds.

B.) 4 Rounds for time:
7 Power Snatch
14 Burpees

C.) 3x10-15 TTB OR Practice + 3x20 Ab-mat situps.

LEVEL 2

A.) Barbell
OTM x5:

Hang Power Snatch + Power Snatch
- rest 1 min, then -
OTM x5:
Hang Power Clean + Power Clean + Push Jerk

Focus for this part is to keep all the movements TnG and rebounding. It is a good skill to have, so go lighter if needed and work on it!

B.) Every 2min x5:
5-4-3-2-1
Burpee
TTB

C.) Every 2min x5:
400m Run

A bit of work to be done today ladies and gentlemen so hook in & go hard!!
