Bench Press
Rest as required between sets.
B.) 4x8 Strict Pullups - Rest 90 sec. Add weight if you can complete 15+ Strict Pullups.
C.) 4 Rounds for time:
15 OHS 40kg/30kg
15 Pullups
45 Double Unders
