MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM CFC!!!!

WOD

A.) For time:
15 Pushups
20 Air Squats
25 Pushups
30 Air Squats
35 Pushups
40 Air Squats

B.) Accumulate 90sec-2min in an L-sit/tuck-sit. Use two chairs, benches, the corner of your kitchen bench, basically anything to support yourself.

C.) 3x30sec on/off skydiver hold (lying face down on your stomache, hands and feet off the ground, shoulder blades pinned backed, elbows tucked in beside your ribs like you are at the top of a pullup, glutes/hammies squeezed & legs straight/together)
