Christmas Eve '12 days of Christmas'

1 Rope Climb
2 Thrusters (70kg/50kg)
3 Muscle Ups
4 Box Jumps (30inch/24inch)
5 Handstand-pushups
6 Pistols
7 Deadlifts (70kg/50kg)
8 DB Push Press (30kg/20kg)
9 DB Snatch (30kg/20kg)
10 Burpee TTB
11 Overhead Squats (70kg/50kg)
12 Deadball GTS (75kg/45kg)

Following the movements to the tune of the song '12 Days of Christmas'. It will go like this...
1 Rope climb
2 Thrusters 1 Rope Climb
3 Muscle-ups 2 Thrusters 1 Rope Climb
4 Box Jumps 3 Muscle Ups 2 Thrusters 1 Rope climb
.. And so on untill you have completed all 12 movements.
If you can make it in, all movements and loads will be scaleable.
