CFC Challenge WOD #4

"Death by Olympic lifts"

A.) Perform 1 Power Snatch on the 1st minute, 2 on the 2nd, 3 on the 3rd and continue on untill you can not complete the required amount of reps within that minute.

- THEN, WITH NO REST -

B.) Perform 1  Power Clean & Jerk on the 1st minute, 2 on the 2nd, 3 on the 3rd and continue on untill you can not complete the required amount of reps within that minute.

NOTE: This is a BACK TO BACK "Death by" variation. Your score will be the amount of reps made within the minute you COULD NOT complete the required amount of reps, you will then move straight on to the Power clean and Jerk "Death by".. for example:
You completed 7 Power Snatches of the 10th minute (finished round 9+7reps). You then start the Power Clean & Jerk "Death by" with 1 Rep in the 11th minute (which will be the 1st minute again) and continue on. You then completed 6 Power Clean & Jerks of the 9th minute  (finished round 8+6reps) in that "death by" so your score is the following:
Power Snatch - 9Rnds+7reps
Power Clean & Jerk - 8Rnds+6reps
