CFC'ers!
Ali Kourouche has been kind enough to organise a fun day for us at his work (Hurstville Aquatic centre). It will be in the indoor sports stadium involving a round robin of fun hybrid versions of soccer, basketball, frizbee and many more.. They will all be really easy to play and good for a bit of CFC camaraderie!
Where: Hurstville Aquatic Centre - Corner of King George's rd & Forest Rd hurstville 2220.
When: Saturday 14th December 11.30am to 2pm
How much?: 10$ for the activities and lunch (Fruit salad, salad, meat & bread rolls)
Why: Because CrossFit tells us to regularly learn and play new sports.. and it's FUN! so once again we are encouraging EVERYONE to GET INVOLVED!!
