A.) For time:
7 Rounds of;
7 Thrusters (40kg/30kg)
7 Burpee Box Jumps
-then once you have completed the 7 Rounds immediately-
Run 1.4km

B.) Toes to bar practice OR 3xMax TTB - 1min rest.
