WOD
A.) 4 Sets of:
- 3 Weighted Ring Dips
- 3 Weighted Pullups
- Rest 90 sec.
B.1) AMRAP 7min:
3 Muscle Ups
6 DB Snatch (30kg/20kg)
12m Single arm Overhead walking lunge (6m per arm)
B.2) AMRAP 7min:
6 DB Snatch
9 Chest to Bar Pullups OR -> Pullups (Chin over) OR -> Ring row or Jumping.
12m Single arm Overhead walking lunge (6m per arm)
-Then without rest from the AMRAP:
C.) "Death by Burpee Toes to Bar"- Complete one Burpee TTB on the first minute, 2 on the second, 3 on the third and so on until you can not complete the required amount of reps in that minute.
NOTE: If you JUST make the required amount of reps within the minute e.g 8 burpee ttb at 7:59 then you MUST move on to the '9' (8th minute) even if you don't think you'll finish, as the score you get in the 9 will add to your total score overall.
