Saturday Morning - ONE CLASS ONLY Meeting at Cronulla - Wanda 'Greenhills' (Gym/basketball court area) at 6.50am to start jogging to the Sandhills by no later than 7am. Try to get there early as parking is usually an issue Saturday mornings.

A.) 10min to find a 1RM Snatch.

Complete 1 Snatch every 30 seconds for 4mins @80-90% of your 1Rm.
B.) 2x4mins on/off (8min work, with 4min rest) to complete as many reps as possible following the rep scheme below:
1 Power Snatch.
2 Lateral Bar Burpees
3 Box Jumps

5 Lateral Bar Burpees
6 Box Jumps

7 Power Snatch
8 Lateral Bar Burpees
9 Box Jumps

and so on adding 3 reps to each movement..
C.) 3x 1:1 Rounds not for time:8 Snatch Grip Bent over Row
