WOD
A.) 30mins to either:
Catch up on a WOD you may have missed (Please have it noted down somewhere so you know exactly what you are doing, we will help you scale/understand the WOD but we will not go through which one you have missed.)
OR Practice anything of your choice (Plan what you are practicing!)
OR Ring Muscle-Up Progressions (only choose this if you are capable of 8-10 CTB pullups & 6-8 strict ring dips - practice pullups/ring dips if you have not met these standards yet and your goal is a MU)
B.) Mobility
