A.) 15min to work up to your heaviest possible sequence of:
3x1 Power Snatch + 1 Snatch Balance + 1 Hi-Hang Snatch
(9 total reps per set - all Touch and Go/without putting the bar down.)
B.) 10min Toes to bar practice or 3x10-15.
C- I.) Work a weakness of choice.
OR if not registered for the CrossFit Open:
C- II.) AMRAP 6mins:
5 Burpee Box Jumps
10 KB Swings
