A.) 6x3 TNG Snatch


B.) 2 Rounds each for time of:
500m Row
400m Run
30 Burpees
20m Walking Lunge

The first round will be performed on 0min, the 2nd will be performed on 12min. E.g if you finished the first round in 5mins you will have 7mins rest.
