Power Clean + Push Jerk + Split Jerk

B.) AMRAP 10min:
6 Deadlifts (120kg/80kg)
6 Deficit HSPU

C.) 3 Sets of:
5/3 Muscle ups
10 Over the box jumps
20 second l-sit
Rest as required between rounds but no longer than 2mins.
