- All classes will be held at Gunnamatta Pool this Friday the 14th for the Final Challenge WOD - (which will mean that Thursday the 13th is at the Gym).

WOD

A.) 5 Working sets of:
1 Snatch
1 Hang Snatch
1 Overhead Squat

B.) 4 sets of:
3 Touch & Go Cleans

C.) 4 Sets of:
4 Alternating Split Jerks (2 each leg)
8 Reverse Lunges (4 each leg)

D.) 3x40sec Hollow Rock/40sec Superman Rock
