A.) 3x3 Snatch Balance
B.) 4x3 Snatch

C.) For time:
400m Run
Then (no rest) After the 400m run - In the remaining time of 6 minutes, make it as far as you can in the following ascending ladder:
1 Snatch
1 Overhead Squat
2 Snatch
2 OHS
3 Snatch
3 OHS
4... etc.
Then-
1min rest
For time:
800m Run

D.) Max L-sit or hang in 3 sets.
